Do you work internationally? +
Yes, anywhere in the world. Everything is delivered digitally.
What do I need to send? +
Before your call, send three things: a floor plan or rough sketch, a short initial brief, and 3 to 5 inspiration images. The floor plan can be a sketch, photo, screenshot, JPG, PNG or PDF. Your brief can be a few lines.
Who designs it? +
Concept48 is led by Annabella Nassetti, founder of A Living Concept London. This is real design, created by an accredited studio for real people and real rooms. You work directly with Annabella's design, taste and experience throughout the entire process.
How fast will I receive my designs? +
On average, most requests are completed in just two business days or less, starting from the end of your 30-minute briefing call and once all required information has been received.
How will I request designs? +
After payment, you book your 30-minute briefing call. Before the call, you upload your floor plan, room photos, initial brief and inspiration images by email or shared folder. During the call, we clarify what matters most, then the studio creates your designs and delivers them as a polished PDF.
What if I don't like the design? +
No worries. We will make up to two further revisions or options after your specific feedback, so the final direction feels clear, usable and aligned with your room.
Are there any refunds? +
All sales are final once your design has been delivered. If something is unclear or there has been a miscommunication, we will always make it right.
